Refund Policy:
If you find someone to take your place you can always simply substitute the new person and let us know. You do not pay extra for this!
one-day trips:
Cancellation 6 days or more before the trip - full refund.
Cancellation 5 days before the trip, 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 4 days before the trip, no refund.
longer trips:
Cancellation 10 days or more before the trip - full refund.
Cancellation 9 down to 7 days before the trip, 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 7 days before the trip, no refund.

Completing the Booking Request Form.
As soon as we receive your Booking Request and see the details, we respond, giving you all the information required to continue with the booking. After that, you decide if you wish to continue. The Booking Form is the initial request to join one of our trips. It is only a request - it is not a confirmed booking.
It becomes a confirmed booking only after you have paid and we confirm your payment. Before that, you may change any details, or cancel. Also, see our refund policy elsewhere on this page.
It helps if you fill as many boxes as possible - we never give any personal details to anyone else!
After receiving our reply, please pay early and confirm payment, as trips suddenly fill up. Also, the price may rise for later bookings! Thank you!
When you know us - perhaps you have already been on a trip with us - the easiest way to pay is by using Online Banking, or by paying into any NatWest Bank. Select that option on the Booking Form.
If you are in English Studio, Shakespeare College, or Callan School, or another school in Oxford Street, and you wish to contact Kate to buy tickets directly from her, simply choose in How Are You Paying: Meet Kate. We will send you her contact details.
